fiscalm Contributor Licence Agreement (v1.0)

This agreement is between you (the "Contributor") and ELASTO TECHNOLOGIES SRL ("We"), which runs the fiscalm project.

1. Scope. Any code, text, image or other material you send us for fiscalm, by pull request or otherwise (the "Contribution").
2. Copyright licence. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, copy, modify, publish and distribute the Contribution, and to sublicense those rights under any licence, open source or commercial.
3. Patent licence. If you hold patents that your Contribution uses, you give us and every recipient of fiscalm a royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence under them, only for the Contribution and its combination with fiscalm.
4. Your rights remain. You stay the author and owner of the Contribution. You may use, license and publish it however and wherever you want.
5. Moral rights. As far as the law allows, you agree that we may modify and adapt the Contribution. If you wish, we keep your name in the project history.
6. What you confirm.
   • (a) The Contribution is your own work, or you have the right to submit it.
   • (b) If your employer has rights in it, you have their permission.
   • (c) If any part comes from someone else, you say so clearly, with its source and licence.
7. No other obligations. We don't have to use the Contribution. You provide it "as is", without warranties beyond point 6.
8. Future contributions. This agreement covers all your Contributions to fiscalm from the moment you sign.
9. Governing law. Romanian law. The courts of Romania have jurisdiction.
